How do I earn bonus points?

Simply insert your Club Casino card into the gaming machine or present it to your host at any gaming table. 

How does a member redeem their bonus points?

Every 100 Bonus Points = $1 in value and can be used Casino-wide. 

Gaming Machines – members can transfer bonus points to credits. Insert your Club Casino Card into the card reader, select 'My Balance' & enter your PIN number. You can then choose how many points to turn into credits.  

Table Games -  You can turn your Bonus Points into play for a Table Game by visiting the Club Desk and asking to turn your points into cash. 

The Grand Bar and Café - members can redeem bonus points for food and beverage in our restaurant. 

Car Park - members can use their points to pay for Dunedin Casino’s secure car parking facilities, located on High Street.

Club Casino members have access to safe, secure parking for only $1 per hour. 

Simply insert your Club Casino Card (face up) to enter.

Pay with Bonus Points or cash at the Cashiers Desk to validate your card to exit.

Please note: cards can only be validated for exit between the hours of 12pm and 2:30am

How do I find out my Bonus Points balance?

You can check your Bonus Points balance on site by inserting your card into any of our Gaming Machines, or simply ask one of our Customer Service staff at Club Casino. 

How do I move up a level?

All new members start at the Club Casino Gold level.  

If you earn the requisite number of Bonus Points per visit over a review period (a continuous 6 month period), you may qualify to be offered a membership to a higher level. 

The number of Bonus Points per visit required for each level is as follows:

Gold - less than 500 BP

Sapphire - 500BP or more

Platinum - 2000BP or more

Please note this is a guide. Moving to Sapphire or Platinum level of Club Casino membership is by invitation only, at the discretion of Dunedin Casino management. 

If you don’t earn the requisite number of Bonus Points over the relevant review period, your membership status will be re-graded accordingly.

Dunedin Casino will notify you either in writing or in-person after the relevant review period advising you if you have been re-graded to a higher or lower level.  We will generally not contact you if you remain in the same level following a review period.

How long will my Bonus Points be valid for?

Bonus Points are valid for 12 months from the date of accrual. Bonus Points not redeemed within 12 months from accrual will expire.   

How can I update my membership account details?

It's easy to update your details. Simply visit Club Casino on the gaming floor on your next visit and our friendly staff can update your details. 

I've lost my Dunedin Casino Club Card - can I get a new one?

Yes. On your next visit ask our friendly Customer Service staff who will issue you a new card. Please note that we do not mail Club Casino cards to members.  

Can my partner and I share a Club Casino card?

No. Membership is personal to an individual member and is not transferrable, so only the member named on the card can use that card. 

What ID will I need to provide to join Club Casino?

You will need to provide one of the following photo identification:

(i) Your current New Zealand Passport; or 

(ii) Your current New Zealand Firearms licence; or 

(iii) Your current Driver's licence accompanied by a bank card with your name embossed on it; or 

(iv) Your current foreign Passport (containing your name, date of birth, photograph and signature; or 

(v) Your current foreign national identity card (containing your name, date of birth, photograph).

You must be 20 years or over to enter the Casino. Game Responsibly.
